Frank Carey and Jayne Naas are a talented team in the kitchen. Both are award winning cooks. Carey has represented Kansas in the National Beef Cook-off and the National Chicken Cooking Contest, and Naas was a grand prize winner in Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and Wild Rice 25th Anniversary Contest. Authors of a previous collection of original recipes, The Easier You Make It the Better It Tastes, they now combine their own contemporary specialties with recipes collected from across the state in this unique celebration of Kansas cooking.
